How far in advance can clients book their massage appointments?

Day-of appointments are often available! However, if you have a specific time and day that works best for you, I recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred slot.

What is your policy if someone needs to cancel or reschedule their appointment?

I require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows me to offer the slot to another client and ensures our schedule runs smoothly.

There is a 50$ fee if you cancel less than 24 hours before you're scheduled session.

Is there anything clients should know or do before their first massage with you?

New Clients: If you did not book online and did not receive a Health Intake & Consent Form, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete your Massage Therapy Intake & Consent Form before your appointment.

Do you accept insurance for massage therapy

I do not bill insurance directly, but I can provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Coverage varies by insurance plan, so I recommend checking with your provider for details.

Accessible Parking-

Parking is available in the Co-Op parking lot as well as along the main downtown streets. Additional parking can also be found near the river, just a short walk away.
